OurMaster Data Designerproduct has gained a first large customer in their accounting department and widespread interest in similar institutions and accounting consultants alike. Now, we are bringing our product to a wider market. We are searching for a motivated and passionate student to join our team. As a working student in the role of a Customer Success Agent for Master Data Designer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our innovative product in the market. By joining our business development team, you will guide new clients throughout the onboarding process and provide dedicated support. Your efforts will be key in ensuring the satisfaction and happiness of our customer base.
Your Role
You provide diligent support to our clients. You are responsible in smoothly onboarding new customers, guiding them through data uploads and system configurations tailored to their specific needs. Furthermore, you document onboarding processes and create comprehensive tutorials for a great user experience. In your daily work, you engage with numerous companies and collaborate closely with our business development team.
Requirements
You are a dynamic, self-driven and outgoing student, eager to embrace responsibility and eager to grow both personally and professionally. You love being challenged on a daily basis and you communicate effectively. Moreover, you feel comfortable writing small scripts for Master Data Designer, which is similar to writing formulas for spreadsheet programs.
